This Privacy Policy explains how zizi.ly ("Zizily", "we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, stores, shares, and deletes personal information when you use our website and services, including scheduling, booking, Google Calendar / Google Meet, and Zoom integrations.

Information We Collect

  • Account and profile information, such as your name, email address, and information you choose to add to your account.
  • Booking and scheduling information, such as availability settings, booking link settings, appointment date and time, guest name, guest email, comments, custom booking form answers, and time zone information.
  • Support communications and other information you send to us when you contact us.
  • Integration data from third-party services that you choose to connect, such as Google or Zoom.

How We Use Personal Information

  • To create and manage your account and provide the services you request.
  • To let you create booking pages, manage availability, receive appointments, and send booking-related emails.
  • To create, manage, or update meeting links and calendar entries when you connect Google or Zoom.
  • To respond to support, privacy, and deletion requests.
  • To protect the security, integrity, and reliability of the service and to comply with applicable law.

Google User Data

  • If you connect your Google account, we may access Google Calendar data needed to provide scheduling features inside Zizily.
  • This may include your primary calendar identifier or email address, calendar metadata needed to verify the connected calendar, availability or busy-time information, and calendar event data needed to create and manage booking-related events and Google Meet links.
  • We use Google user data only to provide user-facing scheduling and booking features, such as verifying the connected calendar, preventing conflicts, creating booking events, and generating Google Meet links when you choose that option.
  • We store Google OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens so the integration can remain connected and continue working until you revoke access or ask us to delete the integration data.
  • We do not use Google user data for advertising, marketing profiling, sale to data brokers, or training generalized AI or machine learning models.
  • We do not access Gmail message contents.

Zoom User Data

  • If you connect Zoom, we may access your Zoom account email address or identifier and the permissions needed to create and manage meetings on your behalf.
  • We use this data only to provide booking-related meeting creation, updates, and cancellation flows inside Zizily.
  • We do not access Zoom chat messages, recordings, or unrelated Zoom content.

How We Share Information

  • We may share information with service providers and contractors that help us operate the service, such as hosting, infrastructure, email, payment, and customer support providers, subject to appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.
  • We may share information with third-party integration providers when you choose to connect those services and request actions involving them.
  • We may disclose information when required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users, the public, or our service.
  • We may transfer information as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to applicable legal requirements.
  • We do not sell personal information, and we do not sell or transfer Google user data to third parties for advertising or other unrelated purposes.

Storage, Security, and Retention

  • We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
  • Google and Zoom OAuth tokens stored by the application are encrypted at rest in our database.
  • We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain your account, satisfy legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
  • We retain OAuth tokens only while the relevant integration is active or as otherwise necessary to provide the connected feature. When an integration is revoked, disconnected, or deleted, we will stop using the related token and delete or invalidate it within a reasonable time.

Your Choices and Rights

  • You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at info@social-up.tech.
  • You may revoke third-party access directly from the provider at any time:
    • Google: Google Account → Security → Third-party access
    • Zoom: Zoom App Marketplace → Manage Apps
  • If an in-product disconnect option is available, you may also use that option to remove an integration.
  • After revocation or disconnection, Zizily will no longer access the connected provider data except as necessary to complete deletion, satisfy legal obligations, or resolve security issues.

Policy Updates

  • We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes to how we use Google user data or other personal information, we will update this page before using the data in a materially different way.
